
Performance is all about the quality of what you’re doing—your technique, your effort, how well you’re executing under pressure. Achievement or results, on the other hand, are those measurable outcomes—the win, the championship, or the knockout. You can perform amazingly and still fall short on results—or conversely, get a result despite a shaky performance. The key is to value both but understand which one you’re actually aiming to improve in the moment.
